Kande is over in Scotland, doing the fling with a lassie while listening to bagpipes and having a draft of lager. Her SO takes pictures of the highlands and discusses Star Trek with a man named Scotty -- as in, beam me up!
Meanwhile...back at the ranch, er, Shipperville.
"Look Bubba, I'll make you a deal." KS and Bubba are having lattes at the little coffee shop that just opened down the street from the Klub, by someone named Mellodrone. KS is a little leery considering the place seems to be run by a Republican, but she's done a thorough search and it seems to be on the up-and-up. "You give me control of the Klub while Kande's gone and I'll make you some cookies."
Bubba licks the foam off his nonexistant lips and considers. He could take a vacation from the Klub this week and eat cookies while watching "Sex In the City" reruns and do a mind-sweep on Kande when she returns. Heck, he could do a mind-sweep on KS too to get more cookies. He eyes the bump on her head and decides the mind-sweep would be too risky.
He makes up his mind, but then holds up one finger.
"What?"
Bubba jumps up and down on his chair twice and crosses his legs.
"You have to go to the bathroom? Why tell me, it's right over there." KS points behind Bubba. Sheesh, she thinks to herself, next time he'll want me to go in and hold it for him, not that she has any idea whether or not he has an "it."
Bubba points to KS's guide to alien sign language. "Wha-? Oh yeah." KS flips through the pages until she gets to the section of seat-jumping. She frowns. "No, you cannot eat Kande's cats. That's just plain gross. You'll get cookies and that's my final offer."
Bubba pouts but agrees. They both toss their cups into the trash and head for the Klub. Just as they open the door, a ball comes soaring past them and someone loudly blows a whistle.
"That's it for today! Everyone head for the showers! That means you too, mister!" CW motions for the mystery man to get moving.
"I didn't come back to take a shower. I came back to help you run this place and thwart KS," he complains when one of the Red Speedo Revue smacks him on the rear end with a towel.
"You can thwart her once you're clean." CW blows her whistle at him again. She is spanking clean herself in a one-piece gym suit, shortie socks with little colored balls on the back, and white tennis shoes.
"As if," KS says to herself while she views the scene.
