I'm a super shipper, but the season 8 and 9 eps are not among my faves (atlhough I do agree with you about the final scene of "Existence". . .which really, really *REALLY* should have been the series finale!)
I rate the kisses in both "Triangle" and "Millennium", the playing baseball scene in "The Unnatural" and the snuggling up in the woods scene from "Detour" as among my fave shipper scenes.
