So eensy, in fact, that Kande has only one small gift. "This isn't Kande's gift," KS announces to one and all. "This is for the cats." She tosses the gift over to the small pile of town cats, trying to catch a snooze beneath the Christmas tree. One cat tears at the package and soon all are playing with the catnip toy that was wrapped within.

Kande walks back through the door. "Hey! Where's my present?"

"That wasn't yours," CW tells her as she sips from her knitting needle full of eggnog. She admires her new rhinestone reading glasses, a gift from the sensitive and observant KS.

"What? But, but...didn't I get any gifts?"

Everyone looks up at Kande's sad wail. She is really a sight to behold, her saggy spandex soaked from the 2-foot tall snowdrifts outside the Klub, her Doc Martens stiff from the cold, and her spit curl sproingy as it dries.

"I'm not sure you deserved any this year," Kande's Sis says slowly. "You teased me a lot."

"And you make Bubba sleep in the teeny room under the stairs," CW chimes in. Bubba nods enthusiastically.

"And really...Five bucks for a diet rootbeer? *Tsk.*" Rabid adds.

"You laugh every time I hurt myself," says Det. S/he trips over a smidgeon of eggnog on the floor and lands, hard, on the floor. Kande tries, and fails, to muffle a snort.

"And you make fun of my Aussie accent, Mate." Stardoe nods and dumps her armload of gifts at the Mayor's feet.

"Not to mention you're short TWO GIFTS!" the Mayor roars at Kande. "A lump of coal for you, young lady. If you want to reverse the decision, you'll have to petition Santa Claus."
