Rabid is going over the list of gifts that KS has made up...as KS's cyber-twin, Rabid is, of course, entitled to either duplicate presents and/or half of everything that KS gets during this birthday extravaganza. She licks the end of her #2 pencil and jots down a few additional items.
"I think that matching angora sweaters aren't too much to ask. Especially given the fact that our cyber-sister is a well known Plebezvien," the Librarian comments to Bubba as she writes down the request, "Frankly, I didn't even know that Earthlings had established contact with Plebez...and here I am practically related to one of their Royalty. Just goes to show that I should pay closer attention to the daily life here in Shipperville. Erotic frozen statuary and a coot iddle kitten and now this Plebezvien thing..."
Bubba leans in close to the Librarian and whispers in her ear.
"WHAT!?! Oh, for pete's sake," the Librarian mutters in disgust as she turns her pencil and starts erasing her last entry, "This...this...is what comes from sending the Mayor to college. Why didn't she just say it rhymes with DAY?"
Bubba starts to shrug his shoulders and is immediately bitch-slapped by KS.
"You think I don't know what THAT means?" KS asks the prone alien, "I refuse to be your alien love puppet. My heart is already handcuffed to JD, no amount of probing will unclasp me."
"I think it meant that he was going to sneeze," Rabid says looking down at the barely conscious Bubba.
She flips open her wireless internet connected palm pilot and calls up the Shipperville Library Homepage, "Hang on a second. We have a link of alien sign language. Loading...loading...come on...okay...Greys...shrug....Oh...HEY! You were right KS...it does mean something suggestive. If his palm was facing north it means..."I desire a long slow rub along your spinal ridges"...but if his palm was facing west/southwest...it mean..."I am hungry and am late for dinner."
"I didn't notice which way his palm was facing," KS says, biting her bottom lip in concern, "Did you?"
"Well, we could use Agent Scully's Home Fun with Forensics kit to compute the trajectory of your smack and the current angle of his body and then reconstruct his original position," Rabid says, "Or we could just go back to the klub and work on this list of presents."
"Rootbeers on me?" KS suggests and arm-in-arm, the cyber-twins set off for the Klub.
