I can't convince you if the only thing you can come up with (considering all the info out there) is a fainting spell. If it was an accident why don't the stories match up by the people who were supposedly there that night?
Why wouldn't a coroner look into an unidentified substance found in his system? Why would Keylock say Frank made a deathbed confesssion then retract it? Why were his things stolen or burned at cotchford that night?
Those are just a few things to start with, there are many more!
