Where is the rest of the pathology report???? This is only a small part of it. Where's the part that describes the condition of the body, the organs, the brain, or don't they bother with that in England? Or perhaps just in Brians' case they don't because they didn't give a dam.
What you show here is a page that we can say is a poorly done exam..what coroner doesn't bother to find out what a substance is..I notice they say it contains a fairly large quantity of a drug..did they look into that or if he took it himself, or if it was administered to him by someone else? That page you are showing us is a JOKE.
Let me ask you a question Phillip, If this was your son would you accept that autopsy as the truth? Wouldn't you question why they didn't even look to see what the unidentified substances were? And it doesn't even state positively that certain things were found..all it says is a substance like..which tells me the idiot that filled this report out didn't do a good job.
