Philip,you aren't related to Brian either and the statement you make 'the fact that they haven't is telling'-how would you even know if the police decided to reopen the investigation or not-you wouldn't. yeah like the police contacted you and told you that they decided not to reopen the investigation-the FACT is that they would not tell you anything which makes your statement very telling in that it's hearsay that you heard from someone else(not the police) or read some bs on the web. we all know that you don't believe anything will change or happen so why egg it on? give it a rest.
