You Lewis Brian, had many "valuable parts"...your sweetness, your (ironic) sense of humour, your intelligence, your particular personal obsession..music, to name only a few. It's so sad that it is the latter, the infirmities that Addison speaks of, that have become, by and large, the focal point for many, of your short time on this earth. Know that they never have been the focal point for me and know also that I will keep my promise to you to the best of my ability. That is, was and will be, my gift to you.
