Thank you for the detailed answer Gerry. I know that everyone here truly appreciate what you and Pam do for us. I can only speak for myself, but I LOVE this board.

I hate the idea that some people may think their posts are being ignored when in actual fact, they are not seen.

I just want to clarify one thing about this. I certainly did not mean to imply that you are ignoring anyone. I know you're not. What I meant was that people could start to wonder if they are being ignored by the other posters when the real reason nobody answers them is that their posts are not being seen.
