LOL, the description says "Rare". I'll bet it's as rare as hen's teeth. The only photo of Brian taken in the 70s(!).

EBay is full of fake autographs. You have to be very, very careful what you buy. Unless you know exactly what the person's signature looks like, it's best to stay away.

I can sell you a Brian photo that was taken in the 70s and which he autographed in the 80s :)
