Congratulations MissNBrian, you did it! :) And you chose two beautiful pics, too.

I believe you're correct about the first one. I know that Gered Mankowitz shot some of the photos for High Tide & Green Grass, so why not this one? I've always loved it.

I've NEVER seen the second one! Woohoo, a brand new Brian pic!!! And a beautiful one, too. I hope you don't mind if I save it to my Brian folder (yes, I have a Brian folder, and there's lots in it). I would venture to guess that your photo is from 1967, but that's as far as I'll go.

Here's an earlier one, again from Rocks Off (hopefully I'll have some time for scanning over the weekend).

Brian was highly intelligent. He has to have known that he wasn't doing himself any favours by smoking heavily, considering he was asthmatic. But maybe I'm looking at this from a 2008 perspective. FWIW, here's the pic. I love his "lost in thought" look.
