Subject: Had Brian lived, which later bands would he have liked?

I think, especially given Brian liked CCR, he'd have liked the Doobie Brother's. ???
I am not nor ever will be a big fan of the DB, but I sometimes remember Brian when I hear some certain early DB stuff on the radio. Not all of it.....
Some of it was actually very good.
CSNY is another American group I hear sometimes on the radio and am reminded of Brian...or maybe it was Brian's influence on some 70's American bands that makes me think of him???
Not sure.
Maybe it's just me and my imagination.
