It depends on the collage and the pictures. I'm glad you like this one. It can take from as little as two hours to as long as 8. If I already have an idea of what I want to go together, It doesn't take as long.

There are some pictures of him that I love so much they show up in several collages and there are some I've only used once. I have about 45 that I change out every week on my desktop. These are made to fit my computer's screen exactly. Each time I put a picture on another collage, I try to make it look very different in that place.

Sometimes I change the sizes, and one I actually colorized from a black and white picture. I have some collages that are made entirely from B&W pictures with an overtone of a single color. I'll put them up every so often. Some are busy, with lots of little pictures and others are quiet, with only a few shots that are larger overall.
