I don't have song titles with this CD, so I just have to guess what the titles are. I listened to 'Bugging You' again, and there is a line in there 'cracking up', so I guess it must be the same song.

I like playing these CD's in the car. (They don't sound the same on the juke box in the house.)

Even on these early cuts, except for a few songs, Mick does exclusively take the vocals, even when it seems as if harmonies would have been a better choice. That's not to take anything away from some of Mick's brilliant vocals. It really sounds weird to say it, but IMO Mick rarely captures the same brilliance on the songs he wrote himself. However, (I have to add), like all great front men, Mick has tried to use his voice as another instument, and over the years has not been afraid to experiment with its range and capabilities.

Brian of course was quick to recognise the potential in Jagger's voice, but I doubt that Brian would have believed the man would be singing and performing into the second decade of the 21st century. I suppose you've got to assume that Jagger and his voice would still have been a force in popular music, but I still think, he has a lot to be thankful to Brian Jones for.
