I didn't expect to receive it before Nov. 16 either, so I was really very surprised to find the package in my mailbox yesterday.

I didn't post any pics for exactly the reason you say: I'm sure people want to discover them when they receive their copy of the book. That, and also I felt too lazy to scan them. LOL.

Please let us know what you think when you receive it Deb!
