I thought the same when I read both books and had the thought at the time I read them that I was the only one who had -or dared to have- ANY negative or objectional opinion of the accounts.

LOL. It's funny what we think sometimes. As far as I can tell (from what I've read here and on various Stones boards) neither of these books has any credibility with knowledgeable Brian fans.

Someone who just stumbled upon either or both by accident and got curious would likely end up with a rather skewed portrait of Brian.
