I think I MIGHT know who Stardoe is talking about. I saw the tail end of the movie on Hallmark about 4 or 5 months ago, and kind of remember the kids.
I looked it up on IMBD, and I think the kid Stardoe is thinking of is actually the older brother of Tina Yothers (from "Family Ties"). I can't remember his first name, and was actually surprised. I didn't know she had 2 brothers. I knew about Corey "Bumper" Yothers (the only thing I know he was in was that 1984 Dennis Quaid/Kate Capshaw movie "Dreamscape". He was the little boy who had nightmares about some snakeman.) The funny thing was, I always thought he was her younger brother, but according to IMDB, he's a year older. She's actually the youngest sibling. The boy from Witch Mountain was born in '66 or '68, I believe.
But he does look like he COULD be a kid version of Langly- sans ratty pony tail of course. :)
