I'd heard about the January/Monday thing but am surprised to hear about Tony and Michelle. I thought the news was that everyone was leaving and Jack was the only returning character. Well this shuld be more interesting but if Tony's in the slammer I don't know what he'll be doing. Maybe Michelle will break him out of jail and they'll be fugitives on the run!
And then she'll take him to Vegas where he will hide out in Grissom's apartment (since Grissom is always working and never home) while she goes back to the CSI lab posing as the DNA scientist. Then Jack will track them down and Catherine will start dating Jack and she'll tell him that Krycek betrayed her and Jack will go kick Krycek's ass.
By the way, when Michelle was on CSI I did not like the way she was eying Warrick. No sir. Hands off dearie, you have your own guy.
