I, too, thought there were a lot of holes in the beginning. Especially since Saunders had chosen that phonebooth for Tony, you would think he'd chosen something he could quickly put under surveillance since he knows how CTU works.

I don't know how Tony is going to get out of going to prison for treason. I fully expect SMH and Michelle will be having conjugal visits very soon.
