Subject: Punisher 1/6 action figure

Question, despite there already being a nice 1/6 Punisher action figure, I want to make one myself. I was wondering if someone made a type of skin tight looking armor or uniform or if someone knew of a convenient method to make one that they could tell me to mimic the look of the Punisher's skin tight kevlar armor as it appeared in the 90's Punisher comics. Thanks
