The two best places to buy online are Modellers Loft and Kool Collectables. Kool Collectables is better because they have a much bigger range, they stock in depth, they sell loose parts and their delivery times are much quicker (sometimes overnight if you order early enough). I've been waiting for an item to arrive from Kool's for over 6 months now. I got it from Modellers Loft the same thing from Modellers Loft in a few days. They're also slightly cheaper. They've just opened a new store which is well worth a visit but make sure you take your credit card or a full wallet! Both of them have websites. The Modellers Loft one is a bit basic but it does the job, whereas the Kools one is much flashier. The only trouble is they never have what you want in stock!
If you have a branch of Forbidden Planet near you, they're worth checking out as they've taken to stocking Dragon, 21st and BlueBox. I live near Liverpool and I've picked up some fantastic bargains at the FP there. It's also worth checking out comic shops and such as they occasionally dabble.
