Several ways in doing that.
Firstly heat boot with a hair dryer,when all soft & plyable then remove & do the same with other boot.
Secondly,Slowly from the tip of the boot prise the foot out,slowly pushing foot up the boot & bending boot downwards from the heel,bringing the thumb (pushing heel down) & forefinger (pushing from toe)closer together.
Both methods do work.
When putting a new pair of boots on,you could use the hairdrier method or even put a little talc in the boot before pushing on foot.
