I am 16 living with my drunken mother. Which on everyday she drinks sometimes gets mad at me and kicks me out of home. I love my mother like a child should love, but my mother i hate to say is a crazy. Unfortanatly my father has lost all credability in the courts eyes due to divorce. I can support my self without either parent. Is there a possible chance of emancipation.
