Subject: Droping out of college

I started college in august 13 and I'm not happy with the school. I don't like the way they teach, and the way the school is run, The teacher didn't show up on my 8'th day and they had us siting for hours with out telling us anything. And
what they offer you is difrent from what you are getting. For example they offer hands on training and in the scheual it shows hands on training , but you don't do it. if you dont understand something they tell you learn to look it up in google.so i want to transfer to another college and the school is giving me a hard time to drop out. I'm trying to find out what I can do. This is my first time going to college
