Dood my ex did the same thing. When your divorce became final or rather in the final stages she should have picked up her crap then. Whatever is in your possesion is yours. What ever is in her possesion is hers. Throw the sh^% out and be done with it. I hung on to my ex's for 3 years in fear that It would bite me in the back side. Throw it out.
