once you complain to the cops if they catch them in the act they should do something about it. If they atch them more then once they could arrest them I believe. I have complained about my neighbors music late at night, had to call 4 times in a 2 week period, now they have been keeping it down, I spoke with 1 officer and he said if he has to come back out again and they have the music up then he will be taking someone in. I would ask to speak to the deputy that responds to your call and just keep calling and if you can video tape this so you have proof.
