I am no lawyer but, I know these laws in Florida. Legally, you have to evict anyone who lives with you. If there was never a lease then there are no agreements that she has to prove they didnt comply with. All she has to say in her statement is the truth, that she wants them out of herhome, they do not pay rent, and they are abusive. it will take about 2 weeks for the eviction to go through.
