I am not a lawyer but I do have a friend who wanted to move back to Texas due to financial hardships. She was not aloud to take her kids with her if she didn't have permission from her ex.
Also My ex abandend me and my son. for six years we had not known her where abouts. I moved to Arizona, Middle East and back to Florida. I had to fight in court kidknapping charges. I won but the courts said I should of had her permission, even though I had no clue where she was. Go figure.
