You have basically agreed to an "tenancy at will" agreement with this person, assuming you are the owner of the property.

Basically in florida, I believe you have to give her at least 15 days notice that you intend to terminate her "renting". Even though you don't accept rent, she is still a "tenant". If you do accept rent, you have the florida statutes backing you.
