NO - after she lived there for 72 hours, they become a "legal-tenant" and you have to "formally" evict them through the court system. go to your local court house and pick up an "eviction packet" they cost 20.00 then serve the 3 day notice, on the 3rd day file the 5 day with the courts and copy to "tenant" then after 5 days IF THE JUDGE SEES IT YOUR WAY" the sheriff will set the tenant out. I am going thru this myself right now with an ex-husband....good luck - as our lovely court system and justice PROTECTS the criminals!
