Subject: My Fiance' brought me to FL under false pretense

I had heard you can actually sue someone for leading you into a relationship/Engagement *Knowing Full Well* they lied about their intentions & sexuality, using you as a coverup (so 2 speak)? I sold all my things bk in TX to move out here w/him, as he said we would get new things (together)whom is now trying to send me back w/nothing.

My question is simply this, is there ANY kind of law that protects a person who has endured false pretense-Conned?? Thank you for your attention to this unfortunate matter.
