you are 14 and ur boyfrind is 19. yes he could go to jail if the state really wanted to get involved and that olny because your not at the age of 16 which is the legal age to give concent to an adult (concent to sex) so yes he could go to jail. so if i was you i would just hang on and see what happen's next.
