My husband and I own a townhome in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The Homeowner's Assn required an extra $150 maintenance per month for 3 months in order to have the buildings painted. The painting has begun, and we are required to leave our fence unlocked so they may enter. However, so far, they have left our fence wide open for anyone to enter and steal our valuables and damaged our sliding glass door screen beyond repair. I have contacted the building manager several times and have not received a return call. I feel either the painters or the assn is responsible for replacing the screen door. How do I go about getting them to replace it when I am unable to get a response of any kind from the building manager?
Thank You.
