I have just become a board member. I am secretary / treasurer. Our building has 59 Family's and 10 floors. We hav a pres. vice pres. 2 dir. and myself. I'm just trying to find out each duty per member? Are their, for lack of a better phrase a book of rules an regs, and what each one duties are? I'm 30 years younger then the rest of the board. I'm 40! So of course their is some dispute here and there. Any infomation you can give would be so greatly appreicated! Thanks in Advance.
