I am trying to get a refund for a condo fee that was paid twice when i sold my condo once by me and it was deducted at the closeing.its been 8 weeks and every time i ask for it they ask for more proof that i paid it.i feel that i am geting the run around. what county or state agency can i contact to get my refund ?
