Subject: Big Win at Fairfield

They could not have started off any colder, didn't panic, and showed some real maturity in getting back to within 1 at the half and then pulling away in the second half. The seniors really stepped up - Faulkner was outstanding the whole way and Sanks was on fire in the second half. Reese is really starting to play like Reese. Big win and always sweet to send Parrotta home with another loss.

Those are all good signs moving forward. If Molson could just start shooting better. Another goose egg from 3 point land today.

Please start Faulkner and sit White. I know we are “developing” White but he gives us nothing on the court. Usually, 2-4 points, a couple of rebounds, and no blocks . And some turnovers.

Faulkner sure seems to be our most athletic player, beyond the level of most maac players ,if only he was more consistent , both in his play and minutes he gets, hard to understand either situation, the league tourny probably up for grabs for any team to win, regular season will be difficult to dislodge Rider as predicted but NCAA berth is within Griffs reach if they play with purpose and can make a few shots that are not dropping now, will be interesting to see what unfolds!

Reese is really starting to play like the Reese of last year. He is more engaged on and off the court. He stats across the board are really impressive. And he leads the team in assists and rebounding. I am shocked at how few free throw attempts he has had this year. Very encouraging moving forward for the Griffs.
