Subject: This looks serious

The News says Isaiah has been suspended indefinitely from the men's basketball program. IMO he hasn't looked like himself all season. Let's hope everything works out alright.St. Peter Canisius---.

Could not agree more. Besides not playing nearly as well as last year, he has seemed aloof or distracted this year. Just not into it. Maybe this NBA wannabe thought he was too good/cool for mid-major basketball.

Word has it that Reese is in hot water with not just Canisius, but with the NCAA...

Someone from Jim Larranaga’s staff at Miami ihas been contacting Reese about transferring for next season, especially since he’d get a waiver to play for a “relocation closer to home”

It was discovered during the week prior to the NU game, the staff was trying to keep it under wraps, but Reggie was set over the edge during the NU game when Reese stated “Can’t wait to be on a real team next year” after his initial benching.

The kicker is that they were also persuading Reese to bring Molson with him. Molson however will not see any suspension or issues since he was not contacting Miami directly

Wouldn’t Miami coaches be the ones in hot water.? Not the player

[> Reese Is A Great Basketball Player -- NUSuperfan, Fri, February 01 2019, 21:36:24

Obviously, something is preventing him from concentrating on school & basketball. Perhaps the problem is emanating from home. As a Little Three fan, I hope he is able to straighten out the problem(s) and return to Canisius or another program. Its a shame because Reese was probably the best player in the MAAC.

As far as the "transferring closer to home"dodge is concerned, it could work especially if he has a "very seriously ill grandparent" he needs to spend time with. But if the staff of "THE U" messed with his head I hope the NCAA gets on their butt big time. I doubt that will happen though. After all they are "THE U" and we are just us.

Let him and Reggie work things out.
