We are are all disappointed the way the season played out . With that said , why the resentment toward UB ? Come on , unlike CC and NU they actually have a program worthy of support . UB basketball is a national success story that should be commended . Here's hoping that UB keeps it rolling .

Happy that they're doing well and it's great to see people going to games and supporting college basketball in WNY.

I think the issue we have here is that we're sliding backward and the last two years we've fallen short of our goals & expectations.

Our coaching staff hasn't done a great job of recruiting or developing talent. They also haven't made an effort to mend relationships with students, alums or friends of the program.

Part of your job as a coach or a member of this team is to build the Canisius brand. It's not happening. There is no excitement or energy / consistent effort during the games and the post-press conferences have the same messages with regards to energy, blah, blah, blah.

Come on, tell me that you don't roll your eyes when you hear or read the comments.

Not sure what we change if anything but this season was a flat out debacle and we all thought it couldn't get any worse when we choked against Quinnipiac last year.

I hope the coaches get a report card on the season. We can't seem to get up to beat Niagara and we have no one signed with 5 ships open.

Good for UB and shame on us for putting up with this mess.

Agree. Watching UB is real college basketball, compared to the mess at the empty Koessler Center. Big and enthusiastic crowd, and exciting games. They lose 5 seniors but have a great recruiting class coming in , including some JC players ready to contribute. We have nothing coming that I know of.

We Also have Segu and Williams who will be sophomores and are some of the best recruits we've ever gotten...

*If* we can hold Coach Oats I think we will be in the mix in Cleveland next year (probably not the favorite but maybe a top 4 team).
