TK - agreed on all accounts.

No outreach to students, boosters, alums. Runs the administration of the team the same way he coaches - no energy, no plan, no success.

The Reggie experiment has been a complete failure. 15-17 in the 3rd worst conference in the country. An empty cupboard in front of him ... scorched earth behind. It’s time to move on.

In his three years at CC, Reggie's record is 54/45. Maher isn't going to fire a coach with a winning record who just coached his team to second place in the conference. I believe this season could have been a disaster if it wasn't for some good coaching. First off, they never were able to replace Crumpton, and secondly what ever happened to Reece. As a soph, he averaged 16 pts per game, and this season he played poorly, and got suspended for tell RW that he intended to transfer. Despite this, the team wins 15 games and ends up in second place in the conference. I totally agree that the staff has to come up with a good recruiting class for 2019-20, or the the program will be in trouble. We'll just have to wait and see. I know everybody is excited about our neighbor UB. They have a great team, but they lose five excellent players. I know they supposedly have recruited well, but realistically next year they will be struggling like the rest of us. Oates will probably bail out and land a high paying job. He knows he's in Pergulaville, and college basketball will always take a back seat behind the Bills and Sabers. The days ahead will sure be interesting . Go Griffs!!!
