Subject: Transfers a good thing?

Here’s a thought... is losing reese and molson actually a good thing for recruiting?

Kids today want to come in and play right away. It’s very possible that at the start of the year they saw the talent in front of them and knew it would be tough to crack the lineup... so that could explain the lack of early signings

Now since key minutes are up for grabs, one could argue that our position is now much more appealing for a recruit. Hopefully the coaches are selling them on that! Find the next star and let’s build this thing!

No, no it is not in any way possibly advantageous.

Advantageous, of course not, but it does present an opportunity to get a guard who wants to have the chance to compete for minutes early in their career. Molson and Resse averaged 32 MPG and Johnson 35 MPG. All of sudden you have a lot of playing time for a 1 or combo in the height of transfer season. So it is not really a "moron" statement as suggested by someone.
