Reggie's four-year run has been pretty solid, and he'll be right around Baron's four-year win total. If we're being honest, Jim Baron did a lot with Parrotta's recruits and a very lucky break with his son. There was a big drop-off after Billy Baron left.

I think the questions are this:
-Does Canisius think they can hire a better coach than Reggie Witherspoon?
-If they can't find a better coach, there's been some regression, how far are they willing to let this go?

The other concern is Baron recruited someone great guys and we seem to be losing too many. The coach creates the culture and the environment. I get it that all kids think they can play at a higher level but the Foley, Kassius, Reese & Molson transfers haven’t help. Molson will tear it up next year at Seton Hall, tough to watch him leave.
