For me, I'm frustrated by YEARS AND YEARS of apathy across campus. The efforts to break into new recruiting territory, sustain new student experiences, develop young alumni into major donors just crumble at the first sign of resistance or challenge. We built a Tim Hortons in the library but miss the big picture of campus community and shared identity.

Worst of all, if you talk to anyone in the PR/Marketing Department, the official answer is, "we're making adjustments, we'll be stronger." The college needs to admit that it's in trouble, engage their students, their alumni, their community, and turn this mess around.

Sorry but we still have folks at the college that want to market the school via only direct mail. I know that Buffalo is in a bit of a time warp but come on now it’s not 1980. We also need a Board of Directors who are progressive vs. those that only think short term. Wake up Canisius, you can do this.

Hurley has been a disaster as president of CC. He doesn’t have the vision needed for the school to succeed going forward

Stick with the guy or bring in someone who inherits the mess. Tough call, who would want to accept this challenge. St. Peter pray for us. Go Griffs!
