Subject: The Calm Before The STORM?

Let's hope the current apparent extremely quiet time at CC turns into a period of many sunny days, not an even darker time. We await, hopefully, a P.R. splash about a $50M development campaign for 2022, with Science Hall to start in 2021(how is that supposed to happen without big $$?). Will $50M be enough? IMO what should happen at wake up time is the announcement of a large development committee made up of Administration, Faculty, Alumni, Students,Staff and other prominent community advisory members whose job will be to plan for the future of Alma Mater across the whole spectrum- academics, recruitment, physical plant, athletics, finances, and the rest. Open minds and creative vision, every one. St. Peter Canisius should have a seat also. Lets Go Griffs!

They need to get this right vs. doing it on the cheap. Spend money to make money. Leverage every piece of media for contributing. We seem to not get this and have a poor kid call me for a donation. We need big money and Hurley needs to be leading the asking. When you’re the president it starts with your leadership.
