I understand your reasoning for wanting to lose weight b/c its no fun being teased but your approach really bothers me. I'm worried. Only eating once a day and exercising excessively will hinder any weight loss. If your body doesn't receive the adaquate nutrients that it needs it will work overtime to hold on to the fat that you already have. That being said I think that in order to lose weight effectively you have to be willingly to extend your time. Maybe set your goal for Christmas or something.Also set up monthly goal instead of just a general one. 15 pounds a month is a little more realistic and will keep you motivated. I also suggest that you eat at least 5 times a day. 3 small meals with healthy snacks in between.For exerise, might I suggest jumping rope. It may sound silly but jumping rope for an hour burns 912 calories. I usually get easily winded so I do 4 15 minute intervals throughout out the day which is equally effective. I hope this helps.
