hi well i'm 14 turning 15 in 9 days and i'm 5"10 and 200pounds so ur saying walking and eating right i should be able to lose like 50 pounds? but i walk home from school every day and its like a 15-20 min walk and i don't get to eat everyday untill i get home at 2:30-40pm. and i have gym for a nother 2 weeks (this semester) and i've been doing stuff in gym like volleyball,soccer (in the summer time) i was on the rugby team (canadian sport) but i still didn't lose any weight and i try not to eat chip (don't like chips really much) stoped drinking pop, cookies and sthings but i still don't lose any weight? any other ways?
