If you drink 12 cups of water youll get water wait then it well drop like crazy. Don't overeat some people deprisson eat with deprisse them more.Exercisse is the best thing cause if u eat right and dont exercise nothin well happen. never take pills ther not good 4 u.as if u exercise and not eat right you want lose weight>
