Subject: New Motto Author: Tara [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 04:37:47 05/30/01 Wed Since i know i'll never be THIN like a size 10 or something...instead of thinking of it as getting slim or thin...my new motto is... "work to be healthy and happy!" i don't know what size i'll manage to get down to and i don't want to set an unrealistic goal, so i'm going to shoot for being healthy and happy. which for me could be a size 14 or at 150lbs...i don't know. but i like the sound of that...sounds more realistic, to be healthy and happy, not just thin or slim or a size this or this many lbs or stones. but to get to the point where i am happy with myself and my body and where my health is at a good point; where my knees don't hurt when i climb stairs for instance. :) [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ]
