Subject: Angie, did you see him in Sideways? Yes, he is a GREAT actor! I am SO glad he is more recognized now! He is definitely one of the best characters actors we have these days! I saw him in a talk show with the cast from Lady In The Water and M. Night Shyamalan (I LOVE THAT NAME!)...and he was so modest and funny! He said he is proud of his looks and wil never be one of those people who will wear a toupee or get his teeth done. Anyways, I loved his in Sideways...great movie, too! One of the BEST I've seen!

Paul Giamatti is SUCH a great actor and I wish he was in more roles! I also saw the new War of the Worlds expecting to hate it, but I thought it was actually really good. I never saw the old one, but I think who better than Stephen Spielberg to remake a thriller for wide audiences. Speaking of Spielberg, has anyone ever seen one of his earliest films call Duel??? What an amazing film! Hardly any dialogue... it bascially stars a truck and a car and must have been so cheap to shoot, but it is one of the most riveting films i've ever seen!
