The most common meaning of the name Keoka is "a courageous child" in Japanese. Most Japanese names are written in kanji(Chinese characters), but it is hard to tell the meaning of a name without knowing the kanji characters used to spell it. Keoka is a common female name. Ka is often used for the end of female names, and it means "a child". The character keo has many meanings depending on which character is used. For instance, it could also mean "graceful child", "enlightened child", or "blessed child".
Here's a quick Japanese lesson for you:
ichi-one
nichi-two
san-three
shi-four
go-five
roku-six
shichi-seven
hachi-eight
