Subject: Well, the thing is that people in Japan don't celebrate Halloween as such; that is to say that although a few teens have Halloween parties around then, there is no such thing as Trick-or-Treating, so, no phrase. But... I will ask the natives I know if they know of the English phrase and if there is one in Japanese or not. I could hazard a guess as to what it would be like, but first I'd have to understand the English phrase better. Anyone know the actual meaning behind the English phrase?
